Despite approx 19 years of my own practice; teaching small groups as a qualified PT; & the last 3 years of furthering my education in Mindfulness & Yoga through on-line courses & articles, I initially & naively thought that this course would cover info I had already learnt.

So, thank you for creating such an in-depth experience that can be completed on-line (own pace, space & time). I look forward to the future modules.
