Workshops & Day Retreats
Our yoga workshops and day retreats give us the chance to take our students on a deeper journey within specific areas of Yoga, Meditation and Healing. These are the perfect workshops if you don’t wish to yet take the full yoga teacher training journey yet would like to explore the fuller arts, sciences and practices of yoga.
Workshops may vary in length and price depending on the subject and if meals, snacks and notes are provided.

Vin-Yin Intensive
4 hour practice intensive
Schedule:
- 11:30-1:30pm Vinyasa: 90min vinyasa practice, 30min meditation
- 1:30-2:30pm break (lunch – not provided, BYO or enjoy the numerous options in & around the Oasis Broadbeach)
- 2:30pm-4:30pm Yin Yoga
This practice intensive is designed to balance the body & mind for those looking to really deepen their practice. A beautiful blend of both energies of yang & yin

Reiki 1 Initiation & Workshop
Become a Reiki Practitioner and become initiated into Reiki 1. The Reiki initiation will greatly enhance your healing energy and you will be able to use this increased healing frequency and learn healing skills to do healing work on yourself, loved ones, pets and clients/students.

Workbook, initiation, workshop and certificate included plus attendance to any Reiki practice sessions organised post-workshop
