My Health Yoga 4 Week Beginner’s Yoga Course

A 4 week deconstructed yoga class for beginners

Over the 4 weeks of the 90 minute modules we will focus on the key elements associated with a General Yoga Class. This will include:

Module 1: Introduction to Yoga: Basic poses & Breath work  
Module 2: Standing Poses: Learn to Balance, Strengthen & Move!
Module 3: Slow It Down: Learn to Release the Hips, Legs and Spine
Module 4: Yoga Nidra: The Ultimate Guided Relaxation for Beginner’s

This course is suitable for all students and no level of yoga experience is required. Places are limited to allow students maximum exposure to the Yoga Teacher.
