Yoga Beginners Course
A 6 week deconstructed yoga class for beginners
Over the 6 weeks of the 75 minute modules we will focus on the key elements associated with a General Yoga Class. This will include:
* Yoga Philosophy
* Sun Salutations
* Standing Postures
* Seated Postures
* Balance Postures
* Breathing Techniques
* Mindfulness & Present Centered Awareness
* Energy flow & Bandhas
This course is suitable for all students and no level of yoga experience is required. Places are limited to allow students maximum exposure to the Yoga Teacher.
$130 which includes 6 weeks tuition, 1 free yoga mat (RRP $40) and a course workbook
Students may purchase a 10 class pass at any stage of the course for $120 (save $45). This is is once off offer and only available throughout the duration of the course.
